Evaluate DAAKYI Cloud on the facts
Explore how DAAKYI Cloud approaches infrastructure security, data protection, tenant isolation, resilience, operational security, privacy, and shared responsibility.
Contact Our Cloud Security TeamInfrastructure Security
The DAAKYI Cloud platform is centrally managed on secure hyperconverged infrastructure. Platform components are monitored, administrative access is controlled, and infrastructure is maintained through a defined lifecycle covering provisioning, patching and decommissioning.
Network Security
Integrated next-generation firewall capability protects the platform edge and tenant networks. Customers control their own tenant network segmentation, traffic rules and external connectivity, with micro-segmentation available at the workload interface.
Explore Cloud SecurityTenant Isolation
Each customer operates in a separate tenant environment with dedicated resource quotas. Tenant resources are managed independently, cloud workloads are logically separated, and tenant-specific controls — identity, network policy, encryption configuration — apply per environment.
Workload Security
Security begins at provisioning, not after deployment. Approved security agents are deployed automatically to supported new virtual machines, so baseline workload protection is part of how infrastructure is created — the platform’s Secure by Default principle.
Identity & Administrative Access
Access to customer environments and platform administration is governed by role-based access controls with separation between administrative and user roles. Authentication is required for all access, privileged activity is governed, and administrative actions are auditable.
Monitoring
DAAKYI operates centralized infrastructure monitoring with performance visibility, alerting and operational response processes. Security monitoring applies where the purchased service includes it, and customers gain their own workload metrics and alarms.
Data Protection
Customer data belongs to the customer. Data confidentiality is protected through access controls and storage-level protections, and handling responsibilities are defined between DAAKYI and the customer. Backup options let customers protect data to independent repositories.
Read the Privacy PolicyBackup & Disaster Recovery
The platform provides backup, restore and disaster recovery capabilities that customers select per workload. Recovery objectives are agreed as part of service design, and responsibility for configuring protection is shared between DAAKYI and the customer depending on the service purchased.
Explore Backup & DRBusiness Continuity
DAAKYI’s approach to continuity is principles-based: resilient infrastructure design, data protection capability, documented operational processes and defined escalation paths for recovering from infrastructure or service disruption.
Vulnerability & Security Management
DAAKYI maintains processes for identifying vulnerabilities, applying security updates to platform infrastructure, and monitoring the environment for security-relevant events. Operational details are intentionally not published to avoid creating security risk.
Incident Response
DAAKYI maintains processes for investigating, managing and responding to security and infrastructure incidents affecting the platform. Customer notification and escalation specifics are defined in the applicable customer agreements.
Physical Security
DAAKYI Cloud infrastructure is hosted in facilities with controlled physical access. We describe only verified controls associated with the actual hosting environment — facility specifics relevant to your risk assessment can be discussed under NDA.
Governance & Frameworks
DAAKYI’s cloud security program is designed with recognized security and resilience frameworks in mind, and our controls are structured so customers can map them to their own regulatory obligations. We distinguish clearly between "aligned with", "designed to support" and "certified" — and we do not display certification claims we cannot evidence.
Shared Responsibility
Who secures what
Security in the cloud is a partnership with a defined boundary — these principles define how responsibilities are split on every engagement.
DAAKYI Secures the Cloud
- Physical infrastructure
- HCI / cloud platform
- Core network
- Tenant platform
- Infrastructure availability
- Platform-level security
You Secure What You Put in the Cloud
- Customer applications
- Data classification
- User access
- Application configuration
- Guest operating systems (where unmanaged)
- Customer security configuration
Managed Cloud Changes the Boundary
- DAAKYI can assume operating system management
- Patching and hardening
- Monitoring and response
- Backup operation
- Security control operation
- Defined per Managed Cloud agreement
When you purchase Managed Cloud, DAAKYI assumes additional operational responsibilities under your Managed Cloud agreement — the boundary moves, and it moves in writing.
