What the region provides
Infrastructure
The West Africa (Accra) region runs on DAAKYI’s enterprise cloud infrastructure, powered by Sangfor hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and the Sangfor Cloud Platform (SCP). Compute, distributed storage, network virtualization and security services are delivered from a centrally managed platform operated by DAAKYI engineers.
Security
Tenant environments are logically separated with dedicated resource quotas. The region includes integrated network protection, security monitoring, workload protection deployed as part of provisioning, and centralized cloud management with administrative access controls.
Data Residency
Customers choosing this region can understand where their primary DAAKYI Cloud workloads are hosted, subject to the applicable service configuration, backup architecture and contractual terms. Residency specifics are documented with you during solution scoping.
Connectivity
The region provides internet connectivity, VPN connectivity for site-to-site and remote access, and public IP availability for customer workloads. Private connectivity options are scoped per customer requirement.
Local Support
DAAKYI provides technical and operational support for the environment from its in-region teams. Customers who want DAAKYI to operate their environment end to end can engage Managed Cloud.
