Region selection
Customers deploying today select the Accra, Ghana region. Additional regions will be introduced as infrastructure is deployed and formally committed.
How customer data is handled
Customer workload data is stored on the platform storage serving your selected region, encrypted at rest, with access governed by tenant isolation and identity controls.
Backups and residency
Backup repositories and recovery configurations are defined per service. Where a backup or recovery option would place data outside your primary region, that is agreed explicitly as part of your service design.
Our approach to location
We treat infrastructure location as a design decision made with the customer — documented during scoping and reflected in your service agreement, not assumed.
