03.Data Residency & Sovereignty
DAAKYI Cloud is built Africa-first. Personal data collected through this website is processed in our Accra (Ghana) region by default, with strict data residency controls. Where data must be transferred across borders — for example, to serve customers in other regions — we apply contractual safeguards and encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
We honor applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including Ghana's Data Protection Act, Nigeria's NDPA, and the EU GDPR for European visitors.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functional and understand how it is used.
- Essential cookies — required for core site functionality such as remembering your preferences.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand aggregate visitor behavior. These do not identify you personally.
- We do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
05.Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in limited circumstances:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
06.Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions and lead records are retained for up to 36 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
