DC Physical Migration
P2VBare Metal to VM
DC Physical Migration converts physical servers into platform VMs. A lightweight agent streams the server’s disks while it keeps running, incremental sync keeps the replica current, and cutover follows the same rhythm as VMware migration. Right-size the target VM to measured utilization instead of mirroring oversized hardware.
Key Features
Agent-based replication for Windows Server 2012 R2+ and mainstream Linux
Continuous incremental sync with visible lag per server
Right-sizing guidance from measured utilization
Compatibility mode for older operating systems
Offline OVA/QCOW2/VMDK import for agentless cases
