DC Load Balancer
DLBTraffic Distribution
DC Load Balancer distributes connections across pools of backend VMs, ejects unhealthy backends automatically, and terminates SSL so certificates live in one place. Layer 4 mode handles TCP/UDP at highest throughput; layer 7 adds host- and path-based routing, cookie persistence, and WebSocket support.

Layer 4 (TCP/UDP) and Layer 7 (HTTP/HTTPS) modes
Health checks with automatic backend ejection and restoration
SSL termination with central certificate management
Round-robin, weighted, and least-connections algorithms
Public (elastic IP) or internal (private VIP) schemes
